KVTC maintains an extensive research program and is looking for a young and bright forester that can undertake practical experiments and monitoring of research plots. Maintenance of company information and data analysis. Trials will cover fertilizer trials, soil testing, plus tree selection, growth monitoring, experimental thinning and pruning regimes and many other trials. The Research Forester will spend a large amount of his/her time in the field and is responsible for data collection and monitoring of trial plots. This is not a desk or office function although some degree of office work will be required.
