The head of Department of Forest and Environmental Economics at Sokoine University of Agriculture wishes to inform you that Dr. Neema Mabure Kitasho from the Department defended her PhD successfully on the 24th of October 2023 at the University of Geneva. The title of her Thesis is “The Impact of Climate Extremes on Dryland Ecosystems and Societies in Sub-Saharan Africa” which aims to Building bridges between economics and the environment.
