Job description
- Develop and implement bioinformatics tools and pipelines for genomic data analysis.
- Collaborate with scientists and engineers to integrate bioinformatics solutions into our platform.
- Analyze large-scale genomic datasets to generate insights for drug discovery and disease modeling.
- Contribute to the development of our Multi-Omics app store.
- Stay abreast of latest developments in bioinformatics and incorporate them into our platform.
- Collaborate with our wet-lab team for IPSC reprogramming and genome sequencing projects.
Desired skills and experience
– PhD or Master’s degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related field.
– Strong experience in genomic data analysis and bioinformatics tool development.
– Proficient in programming languages like Python, R, and SQL.
– Familiarity with machine learning techniques and their application in genomics.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
