 NAME: This charitable, professional and academic association shall be “WILD LIFE STUDENTS ASSOCIATION OF SOKOINE UNIVERSITY OF AGRICULTURE” hereinafter called shortly as (WISA-SUA).

MISSION: Promoting and encouraging interests in wildlife professionalism within and outside SOKOINE UNIVERSITY OF AGRICULTURE communities.

VISION: To prepare wildlife expert with high experience and practice in wildlife discipline as well as imparting students with ability and acquaintance related to the field of work

ACTIVITIES OF THE ASSOCIATION

• Liaise with other similar association /clubs/Societies and or individual consultant (s) in organizing bird walks (Bird watching) in and around MOROGORO municipality.
• Organize tourism studies and tours to different destinations such as museums, herbariums, botanical gardens, nature reserves, national parks, coastal/marine for continuing education among members.
• To participate in environmental / wildlife/ wetland day events; meetings seminars workshop or conferences for public awareness, trainings, education and sharing knowledge.
• Organize gatherings to members such as welcome to new and a fare well to outgoing members.
• Engage in preparation and sales of professional materials e.g. pens, T-shirt, caps with Association emblem
